Epoxy Powder Coatings are chosen by diverse industries for a wide range of applications including architectural, agricultural equipment, automotive manufacturing, home & office appliances, control panels, oil & gas pipelines, etc. Most Solid Epoxy Resins offer excellent adhesion, mechanical properties, electrical properties and resistance to chemicals & corrosion, especially for metal substrates. Based on the application, EEW in range of 600-1500 can be used. Curing agents usually used are phenolics, dicyandiamides and carboxyl terminated polyesters.
Based on Bisphenol A, Solid Epoxy Resins have medium epoxy equivalent weight and molecular weight. Their melt viscosities make them ideal general purpose powder coatings for electric panel boards, automobile spares, bathroom fittings, decorative articles and fixtures.
